Good Morning,
I haven't dreamed for years - well, that I remember. I'm sure I have. But just about two weeks ago, I started remembering dreams every single night. Weird dreams, but not necessarily scary. Every night it's something completely different. And it's usually about familiar things or people, just in weird circumstances. It's really almost to the point where I'd rather just stay awake because it's like work to sleep. Kind of like having the TV on all night, you know?
I do have ADD too but I was doing a lot better with herbal meds and relaxation techniques. I'm just wondering what could have possibly triggered these dreams all of a sudden. Not really the dreams per se, but the lucidity of them since I know we all probably dream but just don't remember dreaming.
Nothing out of the ordinary has happened - no major events, lifestyle changes, tragedies, etc. The only thing I can think of is that they started about 2 days after a really hard hit to the back of my head. Long story, but I whacked it really good on the bathroom sink. It was just a typical concussion and no need to see a dr. I've heard of having sense knocked into you but having dreams knocked into you?? What could start something like this so quickly and consistently?
