I’m terrified of the getting the flu. I’ve only gotten the flu once in 2006. I got the flu shot a few weeks ago for the first time in 8 years. I did not get the shot or the flu in 2009 or 2015 when it was also very bad. I never got H1N1 or the shot either.

I’m really hoping, since I’ve had the flu only once in my life, and I actually have the flu shot this year, I’ll be fine.

I feel totally fine, and I’ve been at work and at a hospital this past week.

Should I worry? I’ve been washing my hands a lot. And carrying around hand sanitizer.
