So good for you! (and anyone else contributing) I've been struggling with my mood for too many months now (or perhaps it goes back a few years even) to have a set routine. I did actually try this 30day challenge and I really enjoy the programs, but I can't do the same ones every day and I can't do this intensity every day. At most, I probably ever did thrice a week, but alas, my mood changed, and I left the routine. I always try to keep some kind of fitness in my life, in fact, I need it because I have physical needs to be active, but getting enough and/or at proper times has been a challenge to sync up. For now, I support you and others doing this and am hopeful that I can get something regular set up again pretty soon!
