I also had problems with interviews until I went to do some for just practice. I am getting better at interviewing and suggest that you schedule some interviews for practice. I believe that nothing beats having experience in interviewing. So, get out there and practice, practice, and practice. And, I would schedule your dream job interview after your practice interviews.
