I am having an unbelievably difficult time right now trying to decide whether to eat or not. I'm hungry...but i know if i eat anything i'll hate myself for the rest of the day. I used to be anorexic, but i've been better for almost six months now. I know i should just eat something, and talk to someone, blah blah. I guess i'm not really looking for advice, i just want to know if other people have to deal with this...i think it will make me feel better knowing i'm not alone. (not that i would wish this feeling on anyone else).
