what mg do u take? my bottle says 600mg and take one at bedtime. tonight will be the first night i take it. i just hope it doesnt have some weird some effect like where it wires me up instead of help me sleep. thats the only thing im afraid of. im looking forward to getting this med started cuz my moods have been rapid cycling bad & i feel like im going crazy sometimes. how long does it take to start working?
