So I have been reading a lot of forums lately, and it seems that people are looking for something to help with them without others knowing, or for free, etc.. I decided to do some surfing of the web myself, and here's information I've found and sites that are useful and free, as well as apps to download for free.
General Worksheet Sites:

Really useful. Has worksheets for free for many mental disorders, or even non-mental disorders such as perfectionism. There is a paid version (pro). Click on sheets that say free on them.
