Although upping my medication has been helpful so far, I am frustrated beyond belief at this illness. I hate this hate this hate this. I am having one of those days (like why me?)when it comes to stupid Bipolar and all the trouble it has caused me. I just want to feel whatever normal is. Just had to rant. Sorry.
