I see you are in Canada. Do they have crisis stabilization places...its not a hospital but it is a safe place. Also do you have mobile crisis people who can come see you at home and maybe take you to crisis stab. The hospital that discharged you might be able to facilatate a referral if you call them. Here in the states there is psych coverage in the hospitals that could do this.
