Well... I often have trouble getting to sleep at night. I also have difficulty staying asleep & getting back to sleep after I've woken up. However the reasons I have these problems are not related to fear... although I do sometimes find myself experiencing some mild paranoia when I'm awake late at night. I'm also not employed though. So the fact I don't sleep well isn't a huge issue for me either. My understanding is that the basis of fear is generally anxiety. (And I seem to have plenty of that.) I don't know about the constant horrible headaches. That sounds like something that perhaps should be evaluated medically. If there's no medical basis for them, perhaps they are simply another symptom of anxiety. However it's probably best to have them checked out medically before you assume they're related to mental health concerns. I wish you well...
