I been taking this bus for a while now
before they were good now they went down hill

I call to order rides for my work schedule (I don't drive)
A few times i was late for work ,No communication office does not call!
A few weeks ago i order a ride to get to a different place and they did not even put in the computer! Luckily someone helped me out I did contact me dds worker and she was not help she only gave me two options Uber or lyft Which i cannot afford! I do got insurance But did take Mart Bus to doctor appointment only But the drivers were very rude! and I felt uncomfortable . is there anything else i can check into ? or apply for ? I am 22 btw
