Maybe you need a second opinion on yoyr diagnosis?..
Those voices are serious & you need to deal with it between your Pdoc & therapist.
The voice is the foundation if your problem NOT an ED. ED's ALWAYS have other underlting issues causing them that when resolved the ED is resolved also. Focus on the REAL problem & obly secondarily on any ED that may show up.
