Is playing a meditation video (Guided Imagery maybe) on youtube something you're open to? You can even type in "Meditation for Anxiety", and there is a selection. I was struggling with the same problem for several months, and it's just starting to get better, but I have my bad nights. I listen to the encouraging, comforting words and music to try to bring the attention away from those thoughts as much as possible, and to try to slow down my heart rate and take some deep breaths.
