I should have mentioned that I'm Canadian and in my country, health care is insured and paid by our taxes and that it is the psychiatrist who determine that you are well enough to be on your own now...The psychotherapist is member of your care team along with the psychiatrist, the nurse, and the psychologist. I think this explains why It's not me who will decide when to terminate... I don't know if the psychiatrist asks the team if they agree with his decision to terminate the appointments.
