This isn't at all to say that the INTENTION of the indicators was to create division and to leave people feeling unappreciated.

This isn't at all to say that the INTENTION of the indicators is to promote potentially harmful stereotypes.

It is just to say that this might well be one UNINTENDED consequence of the decision to include those indicators.
