That's a difficult one - my EMDR T tried a different technique with a few issues arising. Getting out into nature , exercise ( Tai Chi / Qui gong are good ) posting on here ! Stuffing those emotions down is something we do. I've got insomnia now , so right with you on what can happen , you're not alone.
