Wow small town girl here. I thought I was the only one in the world to feel like that. I took up mt. biking. Nothing like a slow burn in your legs when you are going up and the rush of coming back down to get you pissed off mood out for a bit. Not to mention a good cocktail of drugs (prescription ones of course) But the meds alone don't work for me. I have to bike and do meditative prayer as well to keep stress down.
