Hi Boz! I think its great you recognize you need to be gentler with how you look. I think society and the media really play a part in how women feel about their bodies (negatively). There is a book called The Beauty Myth by Naomi Wolf that talks about this. I have not read it (but want to). You might like it / find it interesting, too.
