I plan to move out of mom's house soon. I told her June but I'd really like to sooner if I could. I'm looking at my budget and I'm still on wait lists but the wait is forever and I'm getting fed up with being treated like a child so I'm looking into cheaper market rate. It's going to be tight, because there's added living costs with being on your own and I still am paying mom back until July now recalculated what I owe her, plus I've added credit card debt. So trying to build my credit isn't necessarily working out for me. My credit is building but my income to debt ratio is too. I know what I can afford, I just have to find it and qualify to rent it. I also know a rental place I really like but I don't remember what they charge. I hope it's affordable to me because it's someplace I could live comfortably.
