I use my scale. put the cup or blender on it and reset to zero. Add ingredient and add it by weight to my MFP diary on my phone. Reset scale. Add next ingredient. It goes quicker than you think, but I usually only have a few ingredients. There are entries for just about all common shake items by the gram in the MFP database. Yeah, I am a little an@l about it. Studies show we are terrible at estimating. I still do some estimating but get the stuff I can accurately.
