I was diagnosed with Bipolar 1 3yrs ago. Almost all my episodes are mixed.
I take Epilim, Lithium, Seroquel XR & Seroquel IR.
My psychiatrist doesn’t call it a controversial diagnosis but she does say it’s difficult to treat.
