The good thing about Latuda as a bipolar depressant (for which it's FDA approved) is that it's not going to flip you into mania (also FDA approved for schizophrenia [=BP mania].} The bad thing for me was that it did nothing for my depression. I take Lamictal which also doesn't do anything for my depression as far as I can tell. It's Wellbutrin at 450mg that I credit with controlling depression. I do like Latuda for mood stabilization in general.
