I got a f31.62 for the first time ever in my whole entire life and after gotten dx with everything from adolescent identity disorder as a teen through dysthymia, complex ptsd, ptsd, personal disorder not otherwise specified, emotional shock, generalized anxiety disorder, and now decades later mixed bipolar? I don't think so. I'm taking my psychiatrist to task for this and talking to two of my therapists about it. I'm furious with him. I don't even want to spend $125 to talk with him a half hour to deal with this, but I'm going to calm down, call my insurance, and go from there. To think, the first time I use private insurance I get diagnosed with bipolar. I'm so angry.
