Klonopin is out of your system in 8 hours, melatonin even quicker. Seroquel is like a horse tranquilizer, and even then people regularly take doses up to 900 or 1200mg.

You’re fine. The issues with nobody noticing are totally separate. I’m sure you feel alone and neglected because of it, but don’t worry about the meds. You’re not lucky to be alive because you doubled up on your meds, but it does sound like you have some other issues that might be good to work on.
Honestly, I know the reality of it, but the FEAR of went I went through is still there. I do know what it's like to take a lethal dosage of medication because I did, in fact try to end it all when I was on much higher dosages of different medication years ago.

This is a triumph for me, and I do feel lucky to be alive because it was scary for me, even though it seems like it sounds overdramatic to you.

The fact that nobody noticed, doesn't mean I feel neglected, only that it is a wake-up call of how careful I need to be in the future, because the people I live with accept my independence.
