I weigh every two days and I include tenths of a pound since I switched to a slower/healthier loss; sorry if that bothers anyone. I expected a bounce back up this morning as 2 days ago was over a pound lower than 4 days ago. I knew that had to be part dehydration. I got my bounce; today I was 169.8. That is slightly lower than 4 days ago, so still trending in the right direction. I am hopeful that I won't bounce any higher as getting into the 160s and staying there will be a big mental boost; my goal is to stay below 165 once I get there. Not far away now. I am tempted to mix in a few really low calorie days to sped things up, but I am probably better off exercising patience.
