The whole thing stinks.

I’ve been aware of this for years and mentioned it on PC, but was stymied. The posts are being used as discussion posts, essays, academic papers, skits, etc. I once asked at the university level what guidelines do they use, especially because of “use warnings” attached to this website and was told that it was fair use as long as there are proper citations.
