My weight can fluctuate up to 5 pounds depending on the day, so I don't use the scale to determine my progress. I don't do measurements either. That being said, I'm not looking to lose weight (I'm at the normal range) and am just trying to make some healthy choices for my physical and mental health.

For those who are looking to lose weight, I would encourage you to weigh once a week at most, maybe even less. Measurements are a much better indicator of progress anyhow, since weight can fluctuate for many reasons.
