Do you do measurements around various areas of your body, like chest, waist, stomach, hips, legs and arms and keep track of that as well? Sure, weighing in once a week is just fine, but I feel measurements are a more solid way of seeing progress.
Also from the amount that you post here, aren't you weighing in more than once a week?
