Yes, I weigh every two days. I was just editing my previous post when you posted. Take a look at what the specific study I linked to in my edit found.

I do not measure regularly. Just pants size lets me know I went from tight fitting 38 to properly fitting 32 and a belt I could not wear before is now on the 4th hole.
