I weigh about 178. I probably weigh maybe a bit more since this time I wore less clothes without anything in the pockets. My calorie intake was about 2200 calories. I had a slice of pie during the afternoon, but adjusted the remaining meals accordingly. My next goal is to stop this eating of a slice of pie every day, and instead eat healthier foods.
As an aside, as you can see, my recent posts of the chart of food that I ate for the day is longer than the list of food items itself. This leaves that blank space at the bottom. I have not been manually cropping the image from MFP. My software now automates all of this with this one disadvantage.
