I noticed a headache, but it could have been unrelated. I did check with a pharmacist once before about what would happen if I accidentally doubled my dose. They said I might feel the side effects more intensely, but they told me it would be rare to have such a bad reaction from them, but I still worry.

I can relate to being so nervous about doing that. These meds are risky. Now, I try to just skip a pill if I'm not sure, but I still sometimes take it and later second-guess myself. I need to get better at keeping track, although most of the time, I'm alright I guess.

I am glad that you are okay.
Thank you so much Raven That must have been very scary for you! Thankfully everything turned out alright, but don't you hate having to second guess yourself sometimes? Does forgetfulness happen to bipolar people often? I wonder.. Glad you're okay too though! Smart move calling the pharmacist, someone else said that too on this thread, I think I will keep that in mind should anything like this happen again.

I called my pdoc's office and had to talk to a pdoc I'd never met and promise it wasn't a (pathetic) attempt at an OD and instead was just stupid, all the while getting more and more sleepy (I think it took 15-30 minutes to be sound asleep).

I slept for about 36 hours off and on, mostly on, and remember nothing of those 2 days.

Really scary.
Wow what a scary story! I am on nowhere near as much Seroquel, I couldn't even imagine how sleepy I would be! I am glad nothing really bad happened though, and you were able to get a hold of a pdoc (even if you didn't know them), and you managed to get through it. 36 hours of sleep on and off though, phew! I couldn't even imagine. I am so glad you are okay.

What's a blister pack? Is that like a caddy or a pill box?
