Wish I could offer you a better answer, but I can't other than to say that every anti-depressant that I've been on has resulted in weight gain, and lots of it. Lexapro caused me to gain about 50 pounds...Cymbalta, the same. Despite that, I'm considering medication again, because I've concluded that the weight gain is better than depression, which I'm fighting now without medications.
