I ate about 2300 calories today. I used casein powder with the banana shake to boost the protein intake for the day. Other than tasting a bit chalky, the shake was alright. Note that there was no slice of pie involved this time. This took allot of will power on my part as I was trying to rationalize me ordering that slice of pie. Banana cream pie does have bananas in it which are a healthy food to eat, correct?
