I liked smoking far too much. I think if I'd continued smoking I'd be high a good part of the time...which isn't coonstructive for me. That stated, I feel it should be legalized & each person should have the right to decide for themselves. I guess some folks use it for BP, but I think its effectiveness would depend on the individual. For some, I think it might create more problems than it solves.
