Just finished an awesome FitnessBlender Upper Body Strength/Kickboxing workout. 43 minutes total including the warm up and cool down. I feel more energized physically, yet more calm mentally. I love it!

If anyone is interested, I'll post the link to the workout below. It's a 3/5 on the difficulty scale and you'll want to have dumbbells or some form of weight.
