Before I forget, my weight is 182. I suspect this is the way it was for yesterday. I think I will start out with oatmeal that I doctor up. Then a turkey burger. I do not know what I will eat for dinner. Maybe a grilled cheese sandwich. I suspect this will not be enough calories, so I will have a smoothie. Maybe also a side dish with my burger like refried black beans, which should be interesting.
UPDATE: I discovered that wearing my clothes can add up to three or more pounds to my weight. Amazing. From now on, I will weigh myself without clothes, preferably first thing in the morning. So without clothing, I my weight is 179 pounds.
