Gained a couple lbs. Whoops. Yesterday I had fruit, yougurt, and hummus and carrots for lunch. Then half a bag of chips for a snack. For dinner I had a baked potato and a mini meatloaf for dinner. I really need to cut out the sweet tea, but I hate water. I should drink more hot tea. I got splenda for that specific reason. I'm supposed to cut out carbs now, so I'm seeing a nutritionist on the 26th to figure out what to eat.
