I am thinking of going to a dietician too. I want to eat foods that are different from the restrictive diet that I placed myself on, in terms of there being a small group of specific dishes that I cook for myself every day. Also, I want to be more nutrition aware. I need to know what kind of foods to eat and what to avoid. While I am going at it here, I will add that I need to start exersizing.
