My friend from another site helped me find one. I found one not tied to a hospital or drs office. Been to many of them and found them underwhelming. They tend to hand you a sheet of paper and be like "eat this" and don't personalize anything. I have a lot of food stuff I can't eat, so really needed to find someone that could personalize stuff for me. I want to move towards a more plant based diet with a little bit of the meats I can eat.
