I lost 7.2 pounds this week for a total of 13.2!
I only got in 6.2 miles this week because my shoes didn't fit right, causing blisters and achy feet, and now today I'm going to try out pair #3.
I'm a bit obsessing over the calories but I am eating enough food. I even ate a chocolate bar on Friday, a couple slices of pizza on Monday, a couple cocktails and tonight I'm having my cheat day for my Valentine's dinner. I'm definitely getting it down to a science and I feel great.
