baby steps you know. But I totally agree - there are so many chemicals and preservatives in food today it just can't be good. I try to eat organic whenever possible.
I'd sure love to see restaurants be more aware of those of us who not only don't want meat, but want organic. It would be more expensive, but well worth it.
Ziggy, have you tried Amy's frozen meals? Not all are vegan but some are. They are all organic, meatless and gluten free. They are VERY tasty too!
