I was on a heavy dose when I was in IP, but now on the lowest dose. I had the opposite effect: I had akathisia pretty bad. Being on this dose is okay. I also have some TD but Artane takes care of that.

With a lower dose I'm also able to take Viibryd for an AD. Mood has been pretty stable so far.
