I have ate about 2100 calories today which is the target amount to maintain my weight. Still a substantial protien deficit. I will have to see if I can meet the protien target more frequently. I have finished off the last piece of pie, so no more bringing pie to my home. I still came in OK with respect to calories despite this. At least I am doing something right.
