i agree that lots of ppl can't be trusted...for sure. one thing that tracy wrote in journal that she says is an important part of her job is....to let those that we're starting to trust or do trust know what they CAN'T do so they don't inadvertantly (sp?) hurt.

with t, for example, she flat out told him some things he could never do or he would deal with her directly. she said that was important so he didn't "burn" what was starting...trust for the littles.
