You came pretty close to RDA on protein. 180 lbs = 81.65 kg. RDA is 0.8 g per kg, so it is 65.3 for you. It's 61 for me right now, but mfp sets it at 75 because of their formula for splitting up your calories across macronutrients. You can do a different mix.
I came in right on target yesterday. I had a couple of spoonfuls of frozen yogurt late at night to make it meet goal exactly (and because I felt like a little something sweet).
