is there somthing that has occurred in the last year and a half ? increased stress? when i am stressed out i will lose time and forget things - find ive done stuff i didnt know i did - stress is my trigger - do you know what yours is? if you have one
also look to the normal answers - are you overtired? lack of sleep can do that to you - eating and drinking well ? taking good care of you ?
good luck and seek help from a dr first if it becomes a problem
