Made it in the building and the waiting area. I'm checked in.
My pdoc was talking to the receptionist so I made sure to get her aside and told her what she already knew about my meds. She told me to fill the immediate release lamictal and keep it on hand anyway but restarting it was up to me.
This is really one of the best psych offices in existence. I'm kind of a connoisseur of psych practices at this point. Gah that sounds horrible to say on so many levels. I don't know why I get so nervous every time.
I'm still beyond nervous but I'm at least in the door.
