Thank you for your response, and i'm sorry to hear how things haven't worked out for you either in that respect - especially about your father, that must have been awful

And I do understand that they wouldn't want the "good" dr's flooded ... i just believe that given certain circumstances, there are exceptions to every rule! Oh well, I guess some things are just out of our hands!
