I voted for voluntary because that has been what most of my many visits to the hospital were but there was one visit my parents committed me. They went to the judge and said that they feared I would be a hazard to myself I was able to leave the hospital on my own and the judge agreed so was committed to the hospital for first a 7 day hold and then a 45 day hold. I wasn't there the complete 45 days though.
