Definitely weight neutral. Too high of dose too quickly sends me straight manic. Slow increase with other meds was fine. Added bonus - my doc claims it’s killer for paranoia. Don’t know about the last. I’m still waiting for it to work with paranoia. But as an antidepressants I like it. I have no side effects from it.
